Benefits
EMI offers benefits ranging from medical and life insurance to disability and a 401k plan.
An overview is provided below. If any statement conflicts with the applicable EMI plan documents, the applicable documents will govern. The company retains the rights to amend or terminate its benefits at any time.

Health Benefits
Health Benefits include medical and dental coverage, a prescription drug program, vision discount plan and an opt-out benefit. Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
EMI provides Basic life insurance and AD&D coverage to employees in an amount of $50,000, 100% paid by EMI. We also offer supplemental coverage for spouse and children, which is fully paid by the employee.

Paid Time Off and Disability
EMI provides a variety of programs for paid time away from work for eligible employees. Such programs include 15 days PTO, 11 holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty, Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage.

Savings and Retirement Benefits
After meeting the 6 month service requirement, EMI will match
a percentage of employee contributions to the 401k. Employees are vested in this plan after 3 years of service.
