| Fraud
is an unfortunate reality in workers' compensation.
Through active coordination with our claims department,
EMI's Special Investigations Unit ("SIU")
targets cases where fraud may be expected. The SIU
will conduct complete investigations and actively
pursue prosecution, where fraud is evident. As members
of the Florida Division of Fraud Task Force, we
have the capabilities and relationships to combat
fraud. Our SIU will also work with your organization
to combat premium fraud. |
